A Marketing Director (MD) or Project Manager (PM) are your dedicated point of contact for all your projects. They bring years of experience to fuel and direct your projects and select, plus manage the creatives to execute first-class outcomes. You meet with them every week to discuss future plans, feedback, or progress and they can help support developing marketing strategies and collaborate where you may seek strategic guidance.

Our monthly pricing is based on a 3-month initial engagement and you can continue with the same month-to-month flat rate as an active client. 

Our plans are flexible and flow with your needs. Your marketing director is assigned to you, dedicated to your business, and leads your projects, by selecting and directing the most ideal creatives and marketers as needed for your project requirements. Your creative team is interchangeable and your marketing director will manage and assign all movings parts for each project making it stress-free for clients.  

If you wish to engage us for a 12-month period we extend a further 10% discount for 12 months and every month thereafter. 

Each project varies and is subject to scope and complexity. You can expect your marketing director to present a detailed timeline and process. This will include what we may need from you, including meetings to present drafts, gain feedback, or next steps. You may find parts of the project delivered in 1 day or 7 days.

We begin with a kickoff call where we dive into your plans with your dedicated marketing director. Right after this meeting, you’ll get a detailed timeline that presents what will be done during the next few days, weeks, or months. Depending on the scope of work, we can get a couple of smaller projects delivered to you or part of a larger project completed. Keep in mind that all work presented within the trial period may not be used unless you choose to move forward with your plan.

On completion of each project, we transfer the copyrights and ownership to you. 

Where you receive designs or content within the trial period you do not have ownership or permission to use any materials produced by our team unless you move forward with your paid plan. 

Yes. After our three-month initial engagement, you can cancel, change or pause at any time thereafter. We ask for 7 days notice prior to renewal to process any cancelation or to pause services. 

If you have chosen our 12-month engagement, after this time you can opt to extend month-to-month at the same flat rate, cancel or change plans. 

Sure is. We guarantee satisfaction. You can submit unlimited projects or ongoing ones, we will keep creating and growing with you. Your marketing director (MD) will work with you on the timelines for each project. 

Please be mindful of the number of creatives available based on your plan. We may be able to work on 3 projects at a time if on the ultimate plan, and one project at a time on the fundamentals plan. You may wish to focus all creatives on completing a project faster too. Your MD will help lead that to match your plans.

Yes, we understand some businesses require an NDA before releasing details of projects to be performed. Please inform us at your earliest time of engagement or speak to your dedicated marketing director.
